UluWatu Sunset

Finally arrive at UluWatu for the sunset beauty.
Not monkeys again...!

Yes yes! Everywhere monkeys. This time, even more dangerous. Take a closer look and you'll see the monkey trying to make a phone call. It was unlucky for one of the tourist there. This monkey snatched the mobile phone from his pocket and ran up the tree.

Why are they so aggressive? Well, due to food scarcity and the habits of human feeding them.
They'll take your belongings and exchange it for food. So be very careful when around these creatures.

Taking a quick shot near the cliff.

When we were trying to take a picture of the view, these 2 fellas suddenly pop out. Guess we were disturbing their family time enjoying the sunset! Haha!

They are cute, but beware. 5 minutes later, a lady was screaming. We found out that one of the
monkey had snatched her glasses and threw it over the cliff. They even scratched her face. Bad!

Even monkeys know how to appreciate the beauty of mother nature!

How's my photo taking skill so far? Like it? Please say you do....

Eat, Pray, Love - Julia Roberts

After a delicious meal of bakso, we headed to Uluwatu. On the way, Kasena showed us the place
where the famous Eat, Pray, Love was filmed. This part of the beach is best for surfing and
you can see many many surfers doing their thing here.

It was about a long long walk down to the beach from where we stopped. We dint have time to
enjoy this spot. Hmmm... never mind. I'll enjoy it the next trip.

Do you remember from the movie, where Julia Roberts was strolling down the wooden bridge to
get into the boat? Well, they crew built it for the movie. There aren't any bridge at this actual place.
It was built a week before the filming began at this scene.

The movie Eat, Pray Love. Location of the hut
This is the spot where they built the hut in the movie.
