Bakso

We left the beach after the activities around 12.30pm and arrive at Raja Bakso at 1pm.
Drooling...

Raja Bakso - Beef / Chicken Ball Noodle stall

Bakso - Mixed
In this bowl, there's egg noodle, 2 beef ball, 1 chicken ball, sawi, mixed salted vege and
chopped meat, cucumber. And a bowl of soup.

Pour the soup into the bowl of noodle and mix thoroughly.

Being a typical Malaysian, no noodle meal in complete with out chili! So, I created my own chili sauce.
1) 2 table spoon of dark soy sauce
2) 4-6 dash of viniger (up to you own desired taste)
3) 3 spoon full of chili
Mix them all together.

I tried my mixture by adding some noodle in it. Verdict ~ DELICIOUS!
Even Kasena said it was amazing. This is the first time he tasted bakso this way, and he LOVED it!

Comparison between small beef ball and large beef ball.
The large bakso is larger than the size of a golf ball but not as big as a tennis ball. Somewhere in between.

The food was so good, we went back for another round of bakso on our last day before departure. Yummmyyy....
