The night spent in the Deluxe Room was hell! I was bitten by bed bugs the whole night and when I approached the reception at 2am, no one was there. There was no phone in the room or even a number to call the manager on duty. What if, it was an emergency case? I waited around 10 minutes but still no hotel staff was available.
I had to head back to the hotel and continued being bitten by those kutu!
The very next morning, at 10am where the Hotel Manager Mr. Carl reported to work. I told him about my dissatisfaction. I asked for a rebate for the room and I told him I'm happy to pay for half the room rate which is USD 30 since I've used the facilities for that night.
We settled at USD 40.
